Design Consultations provide focused interior-design guidance within the agreed session. Detailed design development, extensive sourcing, purchasing or procurement, construction documentation, project management, and ongoing implementation are not included unless separately contracted through another WellHaven Design service.

Investment

Design Consultations are tailored to the level of design guidance your project requires and may be held in person or virtually.

Following a Discovery Call, WellHaven Design will recommend the appropriate amount of Consultation time and confirm the investment prior to scheduling.

In-person Design Consultations begin with a two-hour minimum at $350. Virtual Design Consultations begin with a one-hour minimum at $175.

To make the most of your Consultation, WellHaven Design will need:

  • Clarity around the spaces or decisions you want to address
  • Photographs, plans, dimensions, or other relevant project information when applicable
  • Any known budget, timing, or project constraints
  • Participation from the primary decision-makers when the decisions being discussed affect them

If you’re unsure of which service is the better fit, the Discovery Call can help determine the right starting point.

To make the best use of your Consultation time, be prepared to share the spaces or decisions you want to address, along with any relevant photographs, plans, dimensions, inspiration, budget considerations, timing, or project constraints. When the decisions affect more than one person, participation from all of the primary decision-makers is strongly encouraged.
