Investment is based on the agreed scope and complexity of the review. Following the Discovery Call, you’ll receive the recommended scope, investment amount, and anticipated turnaround.

Before We Begin

To provide a useful and focused review, WellHaven Design will need:

  • Your current architectural or builder plans
  • A clear understanding of the project’s current stage and anticipated timeline
  • Any known project constraints or decisions that are already fixed
  • Insight into who will live in the home, your routines, priorities, aspirations, and vision for the home
  • Clarity around the primary decision-makers for the project

If plans or project information change materially after the review begins, additional review may require an updated agreement on scope.
